We helped bring the 2025 NCAA Women’s Final Four to life in Tampa Bay with bold visuals, immersive environments, and a fully integrated brand system that elevated every touchpoint. From high-energy fan activations to broadcast-ready signage, this was a celebration of women’s basketball designed to connect, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.
A Championship Stage, Designed for the Moment
From the moment fans arrived in Tampa, they were immersed in a cohesive brand experience. The city came alive with custom installations and vibrant graphics that carried the energy of the tournament throughout the footprint. Our design system extended from the arena and fan events to exterior landmarks, directional signage, and street-level branding—ensuring consistency and impact at every turn.
Building Connection Across Every Environment
Inside Amalie Arena, we transformed the venue into a championship destination. Branded zones were created to guide fans through the experience, from entry to the final buzzer. Concourse activations, team-branded graphics, and custom executions for the NCAA and ESPN made the environment both functional and unforgettable. Every piece of the environment worked together to tell the story of this historic event.
Beyond the Court – Event Footprint & Fan Zones
We supported event operations across the full Final Four footprint, including Tourney Town and other community-facing activations. These spaces became hubs for fan engagement, driven by layered storytelling, vibrant backdrops, and Instagrammable moments that invited participation and brand connection.
