Republic Airways’ new headquarters was an opportunity to translate culture into environment.

Across five floors, we created a cohesive experiential graphic design system that connects aviation heritage, pilot culture and brand identity into one immersive workplace experience.

Impact Beyond the Runway

This feature space highlights Republic Airways’ investment beyond aviation — showcasing community partnerships, youth programs and philanthropic impact. Dimensional storytelling, impact metrics and curated imagery transform the lounge into a place of reflection and pride.

More than a gathering space, it reinforces the company’s commitment to the people and communities it serves.

Carried by the Brand

Using authentic luggage forms, the wall transforms the brand’s star into a bold, dimensional expression—linking heritage, travel and identity in one cohesive statement.

The Climb Reflects the Culture

A multi-level values installation reinforces Republic Airways’ mission throughout the building. As employees move upward through each floor, a new core value is introduced — embedding culture directly into the daily journey.

Dimensional graphics, clear messaging and intentional placement ensure the values are not decorative, but directional. The wall becomes a visual reminder that culture is lived, not simply stated — integrated into the environment just as it is integrated into the work.

Identity in Motion

A custom lenticular installation transforms the Republic Airways identity into a dynamic environmental moment. As you move through the space, the wall shifts between the brand mark and aircraft imagery, reinforcing the idea of motion, progress and precision.

Layered panels create depth and rhythm along the corridor, turning a pass-through space into an immersive brand experience that feels active rather than static — much like the airline itself.

Ranked by Design

Wayfinding becomes identity through a custom floor designation system inspired by a captain’s bars. Each level is marked with a corresponding number of bars — one for the first floor, two for the second and so on — creating a clear, intuitive navigation cue rooted in aviation culture.

Integrated into architectural moments and large-scale floor graphics, the system reinforces hierarchy, progression and place. More than signage, it embeds Republic Airways’ heritage directly into the everyday movement of the building.

Built Over Time

This large-scale timeline installation traces Republic Airways’ history through defining milestones, aircraft evolution and moments of growth. Layered panels combine archival photography, typography and narrative to create a visual progression that unfolds along the corridor.

Designed as both storytelling and anchor, the wall turns circulation space into an immersive brand journey — honoring where the company has been while reinforcing the momentum driving it forward.

The Power Behind the Brand

A series of custom 3D-printed jet engines anchor this feature wall, transforming a defining aircraft component into a sculptural brand statement. Dimensional forms and layered depth create movement across the surface, reinforcing precision, performance and engineering excellence.

Integrated with the RJET wordmark, the installation connects technical expertise to visual identity — turning a functional icon of aviation into an immersive environmental expression.

Ready for Flight

A larger-than-life toy plane installation brings a sense of nostalgia and ambition into the workspace. Inspired by vintage aviation graphics and model aircraft, the dimensional forms celebrate the spirit that first draws many to flight.

Scaled for impact and crafted with layered materials, the piece adds warmth and personality to the environment — reinforcing that aviation is not just a profession at Republic Airways, but a passion that often begins long before the first takeoff.
